Hi! I’m Dr. Edward Carlone 😀

Dr. Carlone completed his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in 2013. After graduating, he relocated to the Tri-Cities area of Tennessee and has been practicing there, including Greeneville, ever since. He fell in love with East Tennessee immediately upon arrival and has made it his home.

Originally from Marathon, NY, Dr. Carlone finished high school as Valedictorian in 2004 before moving on to St. John Fisher College in Rochester, NY, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with summa cum laude honors in 2008. A strong advocate for ongoing education, Dr. Carlone regularly participates in various seminars both locally and nationwide with his team. He believes that an effective practitioner is always expanding their knowledge alongside their support staff.

He is affiliated with several professional organizations including the American Dental Association, the Tennessee Dental Association, and the local First District Dental Society. By enhancing his foundational understanding of general dentistry while keeping pace with advancements in dental technology, Dr. Carlone ensures he delivers optimal care tailored to each patient’s unique needs and preferences.

Outside his dental practice, Dr. Carlone has a keen interest in aviation; he accomplished his first solo flight at Elizabethton Municipal Airport in 2013 and subsequently earned his Private Pilot License along with an Instrument Rating and Commercial Pilot License. His flying experiences extend across the United States as well as into Alaska and Canada. He is part of multiple aviation organizations such as the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA), the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA), and was recently welcomed into the Tri-Cities chapter of Quiet Birdmen.

Through EAA initiatives like Young Eagles Flights for kids and giving presentations on aviation topics, Dr. Carlone enjoys sharing this passion—much like dentistry—it emphasizes continuous learning! When he’s not engaged at work or flying planes, you can catch him supporting his favorite NASCAR driver Chase Elliott at Bristol Motor Speedway.

Dr. Carlone eagerly anticipates building relationships with all his patients while delivering personalized care that aligns with their aspirations.
